The CHUERA-969D is a compact soldering station with push-button temperature control and a three-digit digital display. Temperature selection, calibration and sleep settings are handled through the front-panel controls, keeping the main operating functions together.
The station provides an adjustable working range of 200–480°C for manual soldering tasks such as circuit board assembly, wire tinning and component repair. A separate holder supports the iron between joints, while the detachable tip arrangement allows different tip profiles to be selected for the work.

A sleep function is included as standard. When enabled, it places the station into sleep standby after 20 minutes without use, providing an automatic standby option during interruptions in soldering work.
The sleep function can also be switched off through the controls. Operators can therefore choose whether to use automatic sleep according to their working routine.
The specified no-load standby power is 5 W or less. This is listed separately from the station’s maximum instantaneous power of 75 W.
The temperature setting can be increased or decreased in 1°C steps. The numerical display gives the operator a clear setting reference without having to estimate a position on a printed dial.
Celsius and Fahrenheit display units can be switched on the same station. This allows the temperature to be shown in the unit used by the operator or specified in the soldering instructions.
The 1°C increment describes the adjustment resolution. Temperature stability is a separate specification, listed as ±2°C under no-load conditions. During soldering, the tip transfers heat into the joint, so the temperature response also depends on the tip profile, contact area and workpiece.
The CHUERA-969D uses digital temperature correction. A correction value is entered through the controls when calibration identifies a temperature offset.
Normal temperature adjustment and calibration serve different purposes. Temperature adjustment selects the working setting for a soldering task; calibration corrects an identified difference against a reference measurement.
This digital method provides numerical correction without requiring a rotary calibration potentiometer. The correction should be based on a temperature check rather than used as a substitute for selecting the appropriate working temperature.
The split design allows the control unit and iron holder to be positioned independently on the workbench. The display can remain in view while the holder is placed within comfortable reach of the operator’s working hand.
The handpiece uses heat-resistant fittings and connects to the front of the station. Its cable exits from the rear of the handle, leaving the grip and tip area accessible during soldering.
The separate holder includes a sponge tray for tip cleaning. Keeping the rest and cleaning area together gives the iron a defined position between soldering operations without occupying space on top of the control unit.
The accessory options listed for the CHUERA-969D cover the handpiece, heating element and soldering tips. These are identified as optional accessories rather than a guaranteed set of included spare parts.
LT909D Soldering Handle
The LT909D is the handle model listed for this station. It is shown as a handpiece-and-cable assembly with a connector for attachment to the control unit.
C1321 Plug-In Heating Core
The C1321 is the listed plug-in heating core. Its replaceable format allows the heating component to be serviced separately from the soldering tip.
900 Series Soldering Tips
The station’s listed tip options belong to the 900 Series. The illustrated selection includes pointed and flat profiles, providing different contact shapes for accessible component leads, terminals and solder joints.
A suitable tip should make effective contact with the joint while fitting the available working space. Changing the tip profile can be more appropriate than using the same narrow tip for every connection.
Model: CHUERA-969D
Operating Voltage: AC 220 V, 50 Hz
Operating Temperature Range: 200–480°C
Temperature Adjustment Increment: 1°C
Temperature Display: Three-digit digital display
Temperature Units: Switchable Celsius and Fahrenheit
Sleep Function: Selectable on or off; sleep standby after 20 minutes of non-use when enabled
Temperature Correction Method: Digital correction
Temperature Stability, No Load: ±2°C
Maximum Instantaneous Power: 75 W
No-Load Standby Power: ≤5 W
Soldering Iron Resistance to Ground: <2 Ω

The 75 W value is the specified maximum instantaneous power. It is not identified as a continuous rated-power figure.
The control unit measures 141 × 112 × 86 mm, making it suitable for a compact bench arrangement. These dimensions refer to the station body; the separate iron holder requires additional space alongside it.
The listed product weight is 2 kg. Individual packaging and carton information are as follows:
Control Unit Dimensions: 141 × 112 × 86 mm, L × W × H
Product Weight: 2 kg
Individual Packing Size: 265 × 205 × 118 mm
Carton Size: 555 × 425 × 375 mm
Packing Quantity: 12 sets per carton

When does the CHUERA-969D enter sleep mode?
With sleep mode enabled, the station enters sleep standby after 20 minutes of non-use. The sleep function is included as standard and can be switched on or off.
Does 1°C adjustment mean the tip temperature is accurate to ±1°C?
No. The 1°C figure refers to the size of each temperature-setting increment. The separately stated temperature stability is ±2°C under no-load conditions; neither figure should be treated as an accuracy guarantee for every soldering joint.
Can the display switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit?
Yes. The temperature display supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit, and the unit can be changed through the station’s controls.
How is temperature calibration carried out?
The station uses digital correction. A temperature correction value is entered through the controls after an offset has been identified using a suitable reference measurement.
Which accessories are listed for this model?
The listed optional accessories are the LT909D soldering handle, C1321 plug-in heating core and 900 Series soldering tips. These model references should be used when specifying matching replacement components.
What power supply does the CHUERA-969D require?
The specified operating supply is AC 220 V at 50 Hz. Confirm that the available supply matches the rating on the individual station before connection.
