The CHUERA-989D brings temperature adjustment, preset selection and temperature monitoring onto a single front panel. Designed for manual electronics soldering, it suits PCB assembly, component replacement, wire tinning and connector work.
The soldering handpiece connects to the front of the control unit. A separate holder supports the iron between tasks and incorporates a sponge tray for tip cleaning.

The temperature can be adjusted from 100 to 450°C using the front-panel controls. Three dedicated buttons—CH-1, CH-2 and CH-3—provide access to preset temperatures without repeatedly adjusting the setting.
These presets are useful when moving between joints that require different working temperatures. Each channel represents a temperature setting, rather than a separate soldering output.
The LCD displays the selected temperature alongside the measured reading. Both remain visible during operation, so the operator can check the temperature response at a glance.
Sensor-based closed-loop control provides feedback to the heating system. Temperature stability is specified at ±2°C under no-load conditions. Digital calibration allows temperature offsets to be corrected when checked against a reference measurement.
The compact metal enclosure houses the controls and display, with the power switch and handpiece connector positioned at the front. The separate iron holder can be placed beside the station to suit the workbench layout.
Matching components include the LT908D soldering handle, C1321 plug-in heating core and 900 Series soldering tips. The illustrated tip range includes several profiles for different joint shapes and contact areas.

What are the CH-1, CH-2 and CH-3 buttons used for?
They select three preset temperatures. This allows frequently used settings to be recalled directly from the front panel.
How does digital calibration differ from temperature adjustment?
Temperature adjustment selects the working temperature. Digital calibration corrects an offset identified between the station’s temperature reading and a reference measurement.
Which replacement components match the CHUERA-989D?
The listed components are the LT908D soldering handle, C1321 plug-in heating core and 900 Series soldering tips.
What power supply does the station require?
The voltage options are AC 220 V at 50 Hz and AC 110 V at 60 Hz. Use the supply specified on the individual station’s rating label.
Does the ±2°C specification apply while soldering a joint?
The ±2°C specification describes temperature stability under no-load conditions. Temperature response during soldering also depends on the heat transferred into the joint.
