CHUERA-T12 LCD Lead-Free Soldering Station with 5 Temperature Memories

CHUERA-T12 LCD Lead-Free Soldering Station with 5 Temperature Memories

The Chuera T12 keeps five temperature settings ready for quick recall and displays the actual and set temperatures together on an LCD. Designed for lead-free soldering, it offers a 50–550°C adjustment range, configurable sleep and shutdown times, and button-operated digital calibration. The integrated T12 heater-and-tip cartridge is replaceable, while the compact 130 × 90 × 40 mm control unit takes up limited bench space. Maximum station power is 75 W, with a 24 V heating element.

Save the Settings You Use Most

The CHUERA-T12 provides five temperature memory settings for soldering jobs that call for different working temperatures. Store frequently used values and switch between them with one-button operation rather than adjusting the temperature from the beginning each time.

For a workbench handling component leads, connector terminals and wire preparation, these memories keep the preferred settings accessible. Each saved temperature can be selected to suit the solder, cartridge profile and joint being worked on.

The adjustable range is 50–550°C. The station is intended for lead-free soldering, with an integrated heater-and-tip system that supports rapid heating and temperature recovery.

Two Temperature Readings, Visible Together

The LCD shows the real-time temperature and set temperature simultaneously. The selected value remains visible while the operator checks the current reading, making it easier to follow the temperature response during warm-up and use.

This display arrangement separates the target setting from the temperature being reported by the station. There is no need to alternate between screens to compare the two values.

Celsius and Fahrenheit units can be switched through the controls. The same station can therefore display temperatures in the unit used by the operator or specified for the task.

Set the Timing Around Your Work Routine

Both sleep time and shutdown time are adjustable on the CHUERA-T12. These settings allow standby behavior to be arranged around the pauses that occur during component preparation, inspection and other bench work.

The sleep setting and shutdown setting serve different stages of inactivity. Configuring them gives the operator control over when the station enters sleep and when it shuts down, rather than relying on one fixed delay.

These timing functions complement the temperature memories: the stored settings simplify changes between jobs, while the sleep and shutdown controls manage interruptions between soldering operations.

Change the Cartridge to Match the Joint

The heating core and soldering tip are combined in a single plug-in T12 assembly. This integrated construction is designed for quick heat-up and responsive recovery when the working end transfers heat into a joint.

The cartridge can be replaced when a different tip profile is needed or when the existing tip requires replacement. The heating element and working tip are changed as one assembly rather than treated as separate service parts.

Different profiles provide different contact shapes. A narrow tip can reach a restricted soldering point, while a broader contact face can suit a larger accessible connection. Selecting the profile for the joint helps establish suitable contact without depending on temperature adjustment alone.

The listed optional components are the T12 handle and T12 Series soldering tips. These accessory references should be used when specifying the handpiece or replacement cartridges for this model.

Calibration Through the Front-Panel Buttons

The station supports digital temperature calibration through button-operated correction, with memory storage for the calibration setting.

When a temperature check identifies a difference against a suitable reference measurement, the correction can be entered through the controls. This adjustment is separate from the saved working temperatures used for everyday soldering.

No-load temperature stability is specified at ±2°C. This describes stability when the tip is not transferring heat into a joint; it is not a separate guarantee of temperature accuracy under every soldering condition.

A Low-Profile Controller with a Separate Iron Rest

The control unit measures 130 × 90 × 40 mm, giving the CHUERA-T12 a low-profile format. The LCD and operating buttons face forward, keeping the settings accessible without requiring space above the enclosure.

The separate holder can be positioned beside the controller according to the bench layout. It supports the handpiece between operations and includes a sponge tray for tip cleaning.

The listed product weight is 0.8 kg. When planning the working area, allow space for both the controller and the separate holder, along with clearance for the handpiece cable.

Power, Grounding and Temperature Data

The CHUERA-T12 has a maximum machine power of 75 W, and its heating element operates at 24 V. The 24 V value applies to the heater, not the station’s mains input.

The station incorporates an ESD design. Its specified soldering iron resistance to ground is below 2 Ω, and its potential to ground is below 2 mV.

FAQ

How many working temperatures can the CHUERA-T12 remember?

The station provides five temperature memory settings. Frequently used temperatures can be stored and selected through one-button switching.

What does the LCD show during operation?

It shows the real-time temperature and the selected temperature together. This allows the operator to compare the reported temperature with the target without changing display screens.

Are the sleep and shutdown delays fixed?

No. Both sleep time and shutdown time can be set to suit the working routine.

Does changing a T12 cartridge also replace the heating element?

Yes. The T12 design integrates the heating core and soldering tip in one plug-in assembly. Replacing the cartridge changes both components together.

Which handle and tips are listed for this station?

The listed optional accessories are a T12 handle and T12 Series soldering tips. The supplied accessory configuration should be checked when ordering.

Is the station powered directly by 24 V?

The 24 V specification refers to the heating element’s working voltage. The listed mains input options are AC 220 V at 50 Hz and AC 110 V at 60 Hz. Use the supply that matches the rating on the individual unit; automatic input-voltage switching is not specified.
