The CHUERA-375+ series brings a solder reel holder, motorized feeding mechanism and temperature-controlled soldering iron together in one benchtop unit. Solder wire travels through a guide toward the tip, while the operator positions the joint and controls the soldering work.
Motorized feeding removes the need to advance the wire by hand for each connection. Delivery can be started through a foot switch or hand-operated trigger, depending on the model.
The station supports both automatic and manual feeding. It can also be used separately as a lead-free soldering station when motorized wire delivery is not required.

A stepper motor drives the solder wire. Feed speed, feed length and the interval between feeds can be adjusted independently, allowing the delivery sequence to be matched to the soldering task.
Feed Speed
The adjustable feed speed is approximately 2.7–27 mm/s. This controls how quickly wire moves through the guide toward the working point.
Feed Length
The solder feed length can be set from 0 to 150 mm. The setting controls the length of wire advanced, rather than a fixed solder weight or volume.
Feed Interval
The interval setting covers 0–2.7 seconds, providing control over the pause between feeds in a sequence.
Automatic and Manual Modes
Automatic feeding provides feed-count settings from 1 to 9. Selecting 0 activates manual feeding mode. The feeding mode and the activation method are separate choices: automatic or manual describes the delivery behavior, while the pedal or hand trigger starts the operation.
The wire-retraction function draws solder wire back after delivery. Its adjustable setting helps limit excess wire remaining at the outlet and reduce solder waste.
Retraction time can be set from 0 to 0.9 seconds, corresponding to an approximate return distance of 0–25 mm. The listed return motor speed is fixed at 360°/s.
Feed length and retraction should be considered together. Feed length determines the wire advanced toward the joint, while retraction controls how much is drawn back afterward. Keeping these settings separate gives the operator control over both delivery and withdrawal.
The series offers different ways to activate solder delivery without changing the basic combination of heating and motorized feeding.
CHUERA-375A+ — Foot-Switch Activation
The 375A+ uses a foot switch to trigger solder delivery. This arrangement leaves the operator’s hands available for positioning the workpiece and handling the soldering operation.
CHUERA-375B+ — Foot-Switch Activation
The 375B+ is also listed as a foot-operated model. Its illustrated configuration combines the soldering handpiece and wire guide with pedal-controlled feeding.
CHUERA-375C+ — Hand-Trigger Activation
The 375C+ uses a hand-operated feed switch. Solder delivery can be activated at the handpiece assembly rather than through a pedal.
CHUERA-375D+ — Foot-Switch or Hand-Trigger Activation
The 375D+ supports both foot-pedal and hand-operated activation, providing a choice of control method for the working position.
The soldering iron uses a ceramic plug-in heating core operating at 24 V. RTD temperature sensing provides feedback for temperature control, supporting fast heating and stable operation.
Working temperature is adjusted with a rotary knob across a 200–480°C range. Temperature selection is separate from the feeding controls, so the heating setting can be changed without using feed speed or feed length as a substitute.
No-load temperature stability is specified at ±2°C. This describes stability when the tip is not transferring heat into a solder joint.
The station incorporates an ESD design. Its specified soldering iron resistance to ground is below 2 Ω, and its potential to ground is below 2 mV.
The listed solder wire diameters are 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 mm. The selected wire size should be matched to the feeding arrangement and soldering task.

Does automatic feeding mean the station positions and solders the workpiece automatically?
No. The automatic function controls solder wire delivery. The operator still positions the workpiece and manages contact between the soldering tip and the joint.
What is the difference between the four models?
The 375A+ and 375B+ are listed with foot-switch activation. The 375C+ uses hand-operated activation, while the 375D+ supports either foot-pedal or hand-operated delivery.
Can feed speed and feed length be adjusted separately?
Yes. Feed speed is adjustable from approximately 2.7 to 27 mm/s, and feed length can be set from 0 to 150 mm. Feed interval and retraction have separate settings.
Why does the feeder retract the solder wire?
Retraction draws wire back after feeding to help control excess wire at the outlet and reduce waste. The retraction time is adjustable from 0 to 0.9 seconds.
Which solder wire diameters are listed?
The supported sizes are 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 mm. The feeding components should be selected to match the intended wire diameter.
Can the soldering iron be used without automatic wire delivery?
Yes. The product information states that the unit can also be used separately as a lead-free soldering station.
Which heating core and tips are listed for replacement?
The listed components are the C1321 plug-in heating core and 900 Series soldering tips. The corresponding handpiece is the LT907C.
Does the 24 V specification describe the mains input?
No. The heating element operates at 24 V. The listed mains configurations are AC 220 V at 50 Hz and AC 110 V at 60 Hz; the supply must match the rating on the individual unit.
